Room Bookings

We have a fantastic meeting and presentation space available to anyone who would like to use it. Situated in the centre of Swanage, our room makes the ideal place to meet for your gathering or function.

We have 2 rooms available to rent:

Counselling/Interview Room
An intimate room for one-to-one confidential conversation

The Upper Room
A comfortable meeting room for up to 30 people, with soft chairs, sound re-inforcement, data projector, flip chart etc. Suitable for informal discussions, formal presentations and training sessions, day conferences or retreats, informal meals and parties.

Drinks are available at 50p per person, along with a limited selection of biscuits and cakes. Other light refreshments may be prepared in the kitchen downstairs outside shop hours.

We are disability accessible with disabled toilet and stairlift. Baby changing facilities are also available.

Hiring Rates

Full Rates: Counselling Room: £5.00 per hour
Upper Room: £20.00 per session (morning, afternoon, evening)

Small voluntary groups by negotiation.
